We had an issue with a lien on our dad’s property we didn’t know existed and Elisha literally went to battle on our behalf to get the lien resolved and removed so we could move forward with the sale of the house. In preparation for downsizing as we became empty-nesters, my wife and I decided to sell our longtime family home. As a retired veteran, we’ve bought and sold many homes over my 22-year Air Force career and we planned to sell it the typical way that we’ve done in the past.
